Yaks and Gators: Just Another Normal Day
Post-flood, strange things are happening down here.Like yaks. I didn't know we had yaks, but apparently we do, and two of them got loose after the flooding rains damaged a fence. Here you go: Yaks rounded up in Pflugerville neighborhood.
Then there's the alligator in Houston. In a parking garage.
Houston seems to be basically built on a swamp, so I guess this shouldn't be a surprise, but here you go: Receding floodwaters leave alligator in parking garage. There's a picture if you click on the link, and that is not a baby alligator--it was six feet long (and I swear it looks even bigger than that).
I'm not sure what's next, except some big storms are headed this way and will be here late tonight.
